For time: (26 min Cap)
1-mile run (switch every 400 meters)
135-lb. overhead squats, 50 reps (break up anyway)
100 GHD sit-ups (200 partner med ball sit-ups)
150 double-unders (switch every 25 reps)
135-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls, 50 reps (switch every 5 reps)
100 box jump overs, 24 inches (break up anyway)
