Your team gets a point for every unfinished rep, lowest score wins.
“10 min Cap”    
100 double-unders, each
75-calorie row, total
50  step-ups, total 24/20
At the call of “3, 2, 1 … go,” Member 1 will perform 100 double-unders.  Once Member 1 finishes, Member 2 will perform 100 double-unders.  Break up row and step ups any way.
1 min Rest……..
“5min Cap”
60 clean and jerks 95/65
Switch athletes after every 5 reps.
3 min rest………
“10 min Cap”
42-30-18 reps for time of:
Pushups with static deadlift hold
Deadlifts 225/185
Member 1 will do 42 pushups while member 2 holds deadlift and then switch Member 2 will do 42 Pushups while Member 1 holds deadlift.
3 min Rest

“5 min Cap”
Member 1 and Member 2 each perform:
     5 thrusters 95/65
     5 pull-ups
Then, Member 1 and Member 2 each perform:
     10 thrusters
     10 pull-ups
Then, Member 1 and Member 2 each perform:
     15 thrusters
     15 pull-ups
