Teams of 2
30 Minutes for Points
Complete as much work in any order, One person working at a time. 200 reps max for each movement.
200 Situps – .5 Point
200 KB Swings (53/35) – 1 Point
200 Box Jumps (24″/20″) – 1 Point
200 Wall-ball (20/14) – 2 Points
200 Ring Dips – 2 Points
200 Thrusters (95/65) – 3 Points

There will be random work assigned through the 30 minute session such as runs, rows, pull-ups etc… it will be Chaos!!!
