My name is Trever Hotop and I am a L-2 Crossfit Trainer and Crossfit Kids Trainer at Muddy Water CrossFit. I have been doing CrossFit for over five years. I have been a trainer at Muddy Water for over 3 years now, and this is place is my home.
Fitness has always been a passion of mine for as long as I can remember. It is what has saved my life. I was born with a missing chromosome, causing me to be born without abdominal muscles, along with being born with failing kidneys. So fitness and living a healthy life has always been a must have for me. Even though it is a must have I have always loved fitness and had a passion for training.
Training and working out has always been a passion of mine. I have been training people and working out for roughly 8 years. When I originally started CrossFit I did it to get better for recreational sports, and then 3 years ago I miraculously did my first situp ever. That made me forever dedicated to improving my fitness and training people. My passion for fitness and training is to help people improve their lives physically and mentally. My love for CrossFit and training has grown into training powerlifting and Olympic lifting.
